With each property you can expect the following:

• The house will be clean before you begin your lease.
• All maintenance issues will be personally addressed - usually within hours. For jobs I cannot do, I hire only those with whom I have gained confidence over the years.
• School year to school year storage is generally available at no fee.
• All major appliances (stove, refrigerator, washer, and dryer) are included and are the landlord's responsibility.
• For your safety and well-being all city housing permits and codes are honored and adhered to.
• Early move in (7-10 days) is often permitted at no cost.
• All houses are in close proximity to campus (1-2 blocks).
• Parental involvement (viewing, questions, concerns, etc.) is encouraged. Call (513)255-5113.
• Although only students actually sign the lease, parents may request a sample lease prior to any commitment.
• Each house has newer vinyl replacement windows throughout - creating lower heating and cooling bills.
